SUD-TIBBIY EKSPERTIZA MATNLARINING KOGNITIV BELGILARI
Abstract
Mazkur tezis sud-tibbiy ekspertiza matnlarining kognitiv xususiyatlarini lingvistik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda freym, skript, konseptual metafora va kategoriyalashuv kabi kognitiv mexanizmlar orqali ekspert bilimining matnda qanday strukturallashuvi ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, kognitiv mexanizmlarning nomukammal ishlashi natijasida yuzaga keladigan lingvistik va huquqiy xatolar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari sud-tibbiy diskursning aniqligi va ishonchliligini ta’minlashda kognitiv yondashuvning muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.Keyword
