PRELIMINARY SETTLEMENT AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF LABOR DISPUTES: NATIONAL AND COMPARATIVE APPROACHES
Abstract
The swift changes in labor relations due to globalization and socio-economic reforms have resulted in intricate legal issues in managing labor conflicts. Specifically, the need to establish efficient, accessible, and equitable methods for addressing personal labor conflicts has emerged as a key concern in contemporary labor law. This article seeks to examine the theoretical and practical bases of pre-trial dispute resolution methods, along with the legal framework for working conditions and the implementation of conflict of laws principles in employment disputes.Keyword
