THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNICATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING IN DEVELOPING SPEAKING SKILLS
Abstract
Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is considered one of the most influential approaches in contemporary language education. The main objective of this method is to help learners develop communicative competence and use the target language effectively in real-life communication. This article explores the role of Communicative Language Teaching in enhancing speaking skills among learners of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The study is based on the analysis of theoretical literature and previous empirical studies related to communicative teaching practices and oral language development.
