Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has significantly influenced modern educational practices, particularly in language learning. AI-based adaptive learning platforms offer personalized instruction by analyzing learners’ performance and adjusting content accordingly. This study examines the effectiveness of such platforms in improving language acquisition. The findings suggest that adaptive systems enhance learner engagement, provide immediate feedback, and support individualized learning paths, which contribute to improved linguistic outcomes. Additionally, these platforms facilitate continuous assessment and data-driven instruction. Despite these advantages, concerns related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and reduced human interaction remain critical. The study concludes that AI-based adaptive learning platforms are effective tools for language acquisition when integrated thoughtfully into pedagogical frameworks.
