ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PLATFORMS AND DIGITAL PEDAGOGY IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING
Abstract
This paper investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms in foreign language teaching within the context of digital pedagogy. Particular attention is paid to tools such as ChatGPT, which facilitate personalized learning, enhance communicative competence, and increase student motivation. The study explores the pedagogical potential of AI, including its ability to provide adaptive learning environments, real-time feedback, and interactive communication. At the same time, the paper critically examines the limitations of AI technologies, such as reliability issues, lack of emotional intelligence, and the risk of overdependence. The research concludes that AI should be integrated into education as a complementary tool that supports, rather than replaces, traditional teaching methods.
