Abstract
Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimida, xususan, O‘zbekiston davlat jahon tillari universiteti (UzDJTU) misolida ingliz tili akademik yozuvini o‘qitishda generativ sun’iy intellekt (GenAI) vositalarining metodik imkoniyatlari tadqiq etiladi. Maqolada kognitiv yondashuv asosida ChatGPT, Claude va boshqa neyrotarmoqlarni dars jarayoniga integratsiya qilishning samarali yo‘llari, talabalarning lingvistik kompetensiyasini oshirishdagi o‘rni va akademik etika masalalari keng qamrovli tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari AI texnologiyalarining talabalar yozma nutqi sifatiga ko‘rsatadigan ijobiy ta’sirini statistik ma’lumotlar orqali asoslab beradi.
