Reducing Teacher Burnout: Leveraging ChatGPT to Automate Tasks and Improve Efficiency
Abstract
Teacher burnout has become a serious issue in schools today, mainly because of too much work and too many administrative duties. This paper looks at how ChatGPT, a modern language model, can help reduce teacher stress by doing time-consuming tasks such as grading papers, preparing lessons, and talking to students. Using ChatGPT in daily school hometasks can help teachers save their time, feel less overwhelmed, and focus more on engaging with students and encouraging creativity. In this way, teachers can improve their well-being, and the quality and efficiency of education can also increase.
