LA CATEGORÍA DE LA CORTESÍA COMO OBJETO DE INVESTIGACIÓN ETNOSOCIOPRAGMALINGÜÍSTICA
Abstract
La comunicación verbal constituye una de las actividades más importantes del ser humano y es objeto de estudio de diversas disciplinas científicas, tales como la psicología, la sociología y la lingüística. En la actualidad, las investigaciones lingüísticas prestan especial atención a las cuestiones de las relaciones interpersonales. Los principios de cortesía se consideran uno de los elementosindispensables de la actividad discursiva y se señalan como un medio para garantizar que la comunicación transcurra de manera fluida, exitosa y sin conflictos.
